About Me.

I'm Shannon Connell, owner of The Staging Boutique and certified home stager with a passion for transforming homes. After 13 years as a real estate agent, I saw firsthand how staging made all the difference in selling homes quickly and for top dollar. What started as a way to enhance my own listings turned into a full-fledged staging business, allowing me to help other agents and homeowners create beautiful, market ready spaces.

Born and raised in Merritt Island, FL, I'm a proud UCF alumna. When I'm not staging, I'm spending time with my husband and our two kids, tending to our chickens and dogs, or enjoying my love of cooking and healthy living.
